With the new year approaching, I encourage you to think about what has happened during the past year.

What results worked for you? What did not?

Please write down what did and did not work for you. Maybe it was a relationship. Maybe it was how you treated others. Or even yourself.

What habits worked for you? What wasn’t helpful? Once you write those down, I encourage you to come up with alternatives.

If you felt stressed, what are other ways that you can cope?

If your relationship faces challenges, maybe there is a reason why?

Find two or three of these goals and make it a point to work on them in January. These are your new tools for the new year and the new you.

Evaluate how you have implemented these new tools. If you feel like you’re doing well, continue adding new ones each month.

If you feel like it’s a struggle, I’m here to help. I can help you streamline and tweak some new goals into your lifestyle.
