 What results worked for you? What did not?

 Please write down what did not work for you. Whether it was a relationship. Whether it was how you treated others. Or yourself.

 What habits did you recognize that were not helpful? Once you write those down, I encourage you to come up with an alternative.

 If you felt stressed, what are other ways that you can cope?

If your relationship is not working, is there a reason why?

 Find two or three of these goals and make it a point to work on them in the first month.

 Evaluate how you have implemented these new tools. If you feel like you’re doing well, continue adding new goals each month.
